NoVax Movement: role and interaction between “rationality” and social salience in the NoVax phenomenon and modeling the media effects on vaccination health behaviour

Brief Presentation:
Anti-Vax movement was born more than 200 years ago. Nowadays, the vaccination practice has been questioned by some groups. Our interest is to understand how some social variables like "Rationality" (which is linked to informational influence) and Social salience (which is linked to normative influence) play a role and interact each other in determining the vaccination choice. Moreover, in what way the media influence this kind of health behavior has been studied in this work.
